AI Solutions Consultant
Location: Hybrid with 2 days p/week at NY office

An early-stage startup that is emerging as a key player in generative AI solutions. Their technology and AI models allow enterprise brands to create cutting-edge AI content. After recently opening their US headquarters in NYC, this is an opportunity to join the fast-growing solutions team as one of the early hires in the department.
Role Overview:
The Solutions Consultant (or Architect) is a highly visible customer-facing position, where you will act as a trusted advisor to customers during the POC stage and throughout the customer lifecycle to create solutions for generative AI use cases. This is a broad role encompassing solution design, use case evaluation, project management, consulting, thought leadership, and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and define genAI use cases, partnering with customers from POC to design and architect new and innovative AI solutions
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption of the platform, acting as a strategic consultant for generative AI initiatives
- Collaborate with technical users, such as developers and AI engineers, to own the post-sales adoption and integration of the platform with customer teams
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a customer-facing capacity at an AI or deep tech product company. Previous roles may include solution architect, solution engineer, solutions consultant, customer success, project manager, post-sales consulting or product manager
- A demonstrated interest in generative AI, LLMs and foundation models
- Great communication skills and business acumen with the ability to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Excellent product understanding and a creative approach with the ability to create customized solutions for customers
- Excited by the challenges of early stage building with an optimistic and positive attitude
